小時候的舊傷 竟然影響我一個月的作息 想也沒想過

以爲是不小心扭到腰 但看了那麽多醫生 結果還是沒能痊愈

老一輩的人說 扭到腰 千萬不能掉以輕心

我是知道啦 要多休息嘛 盡量不要做粗重的工作

但是要上班啊 能怎麽辦呢？

Last Last week I went to Penang with Anston and snake ming(woei ming) for Moto Show at Penang,i din take much photo coz i was damn blur at the time.
We reached there about 12:30pm, after lunch we still hide in Oldtown(Oldtown again!!) coz outside damn hot! after few minutes, we must action although outside hot like HELL, another reason is the show girls came out already. Anston and me start from sport car but snake ming start from leng lui.

hey everybody i am back! hmmmm…. i fixed my pc problem already but i am planning to upgrade to P4(?!)!! hehe! yeah! i am still using P3 lar, surprise?!y? coz bo lui(no money) and also still can run mar!so normally i just buy hard disk o upgrade RAM only lor hehe
ok well, i am not going update my photography coz not yet finish resize….y so take long time?!….well, i also dun know, hehe, so i just introduce a female singer that that i like…..she is Alan Dawa Dolma…dun know? you know the movie that call RED Cliff ? ya! she is the one who sing the ending song “RED CLIFF ~Shin Zhan~”.
Alan Dawa Dolma generally referred to as alan (in lowercase) is a Chinese singer of Khampa Tibetan descent who made her Japanese-language debut in 2007 with the single Ashita e no Sanka(明日への賛歌）.
